College degree and / or a New Jersey real estate license is a plus but, is not required for a high energy, motivated, well-spoken individual. Business to business marketing, telephone experience, and good computer skills are desirable. Individuals will be trained to tap the unlimited income potential available in the New Jersey corporate real estate market.
