REAL ESTATE STRATEGIES CORPORATION COMPLETES SALE IN ILLINOIS FOR GLOBAL FRAGRANCE AND FLAVORS COMPANY

Zezas, SIOR Relationship Manager, Strategist, President & CEO, announced today that Real Estate Strategies Corporation negotiated the sale of a food processing facility in Skokie, Illinois, for its client, Symrise, Inc. The property included a 24,990 square foot bakery and fruit preparation facility on 1.285 acres.
