Real Estate Strategies Corporation CEO Leads Over 175 Professionals at Real Estate Industry Conference
(Kenilworth, NJ: December 5, 2006) Real Estate Strategies Corporation announced today that Andrew B. Zezas, SIOR, President and CEO, recently lead a presentation entitled "Best Practices: Defining Your Service Model", a review of best practices in the Tenant Representation Services segment of the corporate real estate industry. The presentation took place at the Annual Fall Conference of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors ("SIOR"). Over 175 commercial and corporate real estate professionals from around the country and around the globe attended the learning session, which for many also qualified for continuing education credits. The session is part of SIORs on-going efforts to bring together those commercial real estate brokers who specialize in and those who wish to learn about Tenant Representation, and to continually increase the knowledge base and levels of professionalism offered by its members.

Mr. Zezas is Chairman of the SIOR Tenant Representation Specialty Practice Board, and has lead numerous educational sessions at SIOR and other events on Tenant Representation and other topics.
The SIOR Fall Conference, held once a year along with an Annual Spring Convention, took place over four days in October at the Charlotte Westin Hotel, in Charlotte, North Carolina.
