Real Estate Strategies Corporation to Sell Symrise Property in Chicago Suburb
(April 18, 2006, Kenilworth, New Jersey): Real Estate Strategies Corporation announced today that Symrise, Inc., the Company's long-time client has engaged it to dispose of its property in Skokie, Illinois. The property, occupied by the Sweet Business Unit of Symrise's Flavors Division, includes 24,990 square feet of manufacturing space on 1.285 acres.

Last year, Real Estate Strategies Corporation represented Symrise in maximizing the value of the Company's six building, 200,000 square foot office, lab, and manufacturing campus in Totowa, New Jersey, by selling portions of that property to separate users. Symrise formerly occupied the entire campus and used it for the research, development, and manufacturing of fragrances, aromas, and flavors for the Company's international customers. Real Estate Strategies Corporation sold the buildings to PharmaChem, Hasar, ECI Technology, and the Passaic County (New Jersey) Prosecutor's Office.
