Zezas, SIOR, President & CEO of Real Estate Strategies Corporation announced today that the real estate advisory and transaction services firm represented its long-time client, Organon USA Inc., in the sale of a 50,000 square foot office building to a private investor group. The 3 story office building is located at 347 West Mount Pleasant Avenue in West Orange, New Jersey .
"The sale of 347 West Mount Pleasant Avenue is the second of a three part project in which we've been engaged on Organon's behalf for some time" said Andrew B. Zezas.
