Zezas, SIOR, led two groups of commercial real estate industry experts in discussions at the Spring Convention for the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors ("SIOR") held at Century Plaza, Los Angeles, California. In front of over 75 commercial real estate professionals, Mr. Zezas moderated a panel of 3 real estate experts from the US and Canada, each of whom specialize in providing services to corporate occupants of real estate, versus those services offered to landlords and developers by most traditional and full service real estate brokers. Additionally, as national Chairman of the SIOR Tenant Representation Specialty Practice board, Mr. Zezas also led a discussion among the top corporate tenant representation experts in the country earlier that same day.
