REAL ESTATE STRATEGIES CORPORATION CEO PRESENTS IN PENNSYLVANIA AND CALIFORNIA ON THE SAME DAY
Philadelphia, PA and Palm Springs, CA (Kenilworth, NJ. June 29, 2006): Real Estate Strategies Corporation President & CEO, Andrew B. Zezas, SIOR, announced today that recently he made significant presentations to two separate corporate real estate industry groups in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and in Palm Springs, California. His presentations were to the Corporate Real Estate Executives Network (Corenet Global) and to the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
At the Corenet Global Summit, which was held at the Philadelphia Convention Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Mr. Zezas and his company's Chief Financial Officer, Louis J. Desiderio, presented to a group of 17 business and real estate executives who attended the Financial Enterprise Leadership session at Corenet Global's Executive Development Program. Messrs. Zezas and Desiderio presented a detailed case study on how Real Estate Strategies Corporation's unique service model resulted in uncovering $2.5 million in unproductive working capital by restructuring the headquarters lease of a New Jersey based technology company.
Two hours later, Mr. Zezas lead a group of 74 commercial real estate service providers from around the world at the 2006 SIOR Spring Convention in Palm Springs, California. Mr. Zezas, who attended the convention via telephone, was joined by Greg Schenk of The Schenk Company, of Columbus, Ohio. The duo lead the group of professionals in the inaugural meeting of the SIOR Tenant Representation Specialty Practice Board, a group of highly skilled international real estate experts who specialize in representing the real estate interests of corporations seeking to acquire and/or dispose of real estate assets for use in their businesses. Mr. Zezas was recently named Chairman of the SIOR Tenant Representation Specialty Practice Board, with Mr. Schenk having been appointed Vice-Chairman, both highly regarded positions within the elite Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
