Organon Sells Last Parcel in Former West Orange HQ, R&D and Manufacturing Campus


(Kenilworth, New Jersey - September 25, 2007)

Andrew B. Zezas, SIOR, President & CEO of Real Estate Strategies Corporation announced today that the corporate real estate advisory and transaction services firm has again represented its long-time client, Organon USA Inc., in the sale of the third and final building of that company's former headquarters, R&D, and manufacturing campus located at 375 West Mount Pleasant Avenue in West Orange, New Jersey. In this recent transaction, which closed on September 24, 2007, Real Estate Strategies Corporation negotiated the sale of Organon's multi-story, 175,000 square foot, 11 acre former office, research and pharmaceutical manufacturing building to a prominent and well-respected New Jersey developer.
