| Greg advises the firm's clients
on strategic, operational, and financial issues affecting
their businesses. Mr. Libertiny draws on his extensive global
experience as a CEO, CRO, COO, and CFO, at companies ranging
from start-ups to Fortune 50 multi-nationals. Greg is an actively
licensed CPA, and holds an MBA in management, as well as advanced
certifications in forensic accounting and business valuation.
He is also a registered arbitrator and mediator. On the accounting
side, Greg has worked as a technical advisor for the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants which is the national
society for CPAs, as well as a subject matter expert for the
Securities and Exchange Commission. Greg has authored a number
of publications, was an editor for the Journal of Accountancy,
and has presented globally on numerous subjects, including
technology, management, and regulation.
