Janine’s expertise in asset and property management, major building systems, operating and accounting policies and procedures, and vendor and supplier services, results from over twelve years in the successful management of Manhattan and New Jersey office and flex buildings. Her portfolio has included up to 12 million square feet, and has comprised both multiple tenant and single occupant corporate office and non-office properties. Janine’s clients have included Equitable Life, Philip Morris, Teachers Insurance, Marsh & McLennan, Bertlesmann AG, Prudential Insurance Company, Bank of Montreal, Unilever, and others. Janine holds a B.A. and an M.A. in English, and is a designated Real Property Administrator through BOMA New York. She is a licensed NYC Refrigerator Machine Operator, CFC Recovery Specialist, and holds a Series 7 Pesticide License for Cooling Towers.
