Paulo has over 16 years of experience working
with database technologies, web development, programming,
and developing growing businesses. His technological expertise

Corporation’s development and execution of Business

Paulo earned bachelors degrees from the New
Jersey Institute of Technology and Rutgers University where
he studied computer information systems, management, computer
science, and mathematics. He was the youngest person to complete
New Jersey Institute of Technology’s inaugural Web Author,
Web Site Developer, and Web Master Certification programs.
At the age of twelve, he was admitted to Middlesex County
College for computer programming courses.
