Andrew B. Zezas, SIOR, a long recognized authority in the
corporate real estate industry leads the diverse team at
Real Estate Strategies Corporation. Andrew is responsible
for setting the strategic direction of the Company, and
for implementing its vision of creating profitability for
its clients through the effective planning and implementation
of real estate solutions. He combines his more than 19 years
experience in corporate real estate with his extensive technical
understanding of strategic planning, financial engineering,
creative transaction structures, leasing and sales, to provide
clients with robust business-oriented real estate services.
Andrew's
working philosophy is based on the strict adherence to the
concept of partnering with his clients to ensure their success.
His fresh and unique approach has one goal: To drive his
clients' profitability by applying creative real estate
solutions that are based on precise understanding of their
businesses and their objectives.
Andrew's'
diverse expertise has enabled him to provide strategic real
estate planning, advisory and project implementation services
to public and private companies, and not-for-profit organizations.
His completed projects include those that have served people,
logistics and technology functions, such as: headquarters,
laboratory, office, and industrial assignments for American
and multinational companies involved in the biotechnology,
communications, cosmetics, financial services, pharmaceutical,
information technology, data services, and R&D industries.
Andrew's practical client-centric ideas have resulted in
significant cost reductions, and enhanced value creation
and profitability for his clients.
After
four years as a real estate advisor at Cross & Brown Company
of New Jersey, Andrew was employed by the New Jersey office
of Insignia/ESG, Inc. from 1988 through early 2002. He resigned
as that company's senior managing director to form Real
Estate Strategies Corporation. Andrew's impressive record
of accomplishments includes having been named co-recipient
of the first ever Creative Deal of the Year Award from New
Jersey NAIOP. Gale & Wentworth also named Andrew Broker
of the Year in 2000 and 2001. The Sammis Company earlier
named him one of the Top Ten Brokers of the Year. In addition,
Andrew has received numerous awards for excellence in customer
service and outstanding achievement.
Throughout his career, Andrew has been the recipient of
numerous business and real estate industry awards, and in
2005 was named a finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur
of the Year (EOY) New Jersey Awards Program. Other awards

Janine’s background as a New York City corporate property
asset manager coincides with RealStrat’s model of
understanding all the components of real estate that could
impact its clients, and accurately advising its clients
before they make important decisions. Janine’s skill
and background play an essential role in advising the Company’s
clients about driving additional profits by increasing operating
efficiencies in corporate properties. Janine’s expertise
in asset and property management, major building systems,
operating and accounting policies and procedures, and vendor
and supplier services, results from over twelve years in
the successful management of Manhattan and New Jersey office
and flex buildings. Her portfolio has included up to 12
million square feet, and has comprised both multiple tenant
and single occupant corporate office and non-office properties.
Janine’s clients have included Equitable Life, Philip
Morris, Teachers Insurance, Marsh & McLennan, Bertlesmann
AG, Prudential Insurance Company, Bank of Montreal, Unilever,
and others. Janine holds a B.A. and an M.A. in English,
and is a designated Real Property Administrator through
BOMA New York. She is a licensed NYC Refrigerator Machine
Operator, CFC Recovery Specialist, and holds a Series 7
Pesticide License for Cooling Towers.

his 20 year career Lou has provided insightful financial

M&A and due diligence, budgeting, SEC and management
reporting, cash and asset management, information technology
and risk management. Lou’s significant accomplishments

the IPO and subsequent sale of a facility management software
and services company, including negotiating, structuring
and integrating two company acquisitions.

Renegotiating the corporate headquarters lease of an enterprise
software company, freeing up $1.5 million in hidden liquidity
during the initial 2 years and $2.5 million over the life

and directing the $21 million financing and acquisition
