In 2006, our President & CEO, Andrew B. Zezas, SIOR, was appointed
national Chairman of the SIOR Tenant Representation
Specialty Practice Board (SPB). His role will be to build the SPB
into a driving national force of commercial real estate brokers whose
primary service is a specialization in representing the interests of corporations
that seek to acquire or dispose of real estate.
